Refund and Returns Policy


Orders will be processed within 3-5 Business days. During the summer months, cool shield protection is used for heat sensitive products and products may be delayed due to extreme heat conditions.

All orders under $75 will ship via the method you choose at checkout.

For all orders over $75, we offer free USPS priority shipping.

Local free delivery is available in Lake Oswego and West Linn, OR.

We do not ship internationally.


We make all-natural, wildcrafted and handcrafted products. Our products are made from the best ingredients available, but they may vary due to the fact that we have a number of sources we use based on availability. With that in mind, if you see a slight difference in color, texture, aroma or consistency; the product may not be defective. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for additional details.


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and to state the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

There will be a 20% Restocking Fee deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is necessary as we do not resell product that is returned as we can’t guarantee its quality and freshness. Shipping charges are not refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Concerns
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items/Exchanges
Returns or Refunds of opened product are not accepted unless the product is deemed defective. If a product is deemed defective, a replacement will be sent along with a return label for the defective product. If the original product is not returned, your credit card will be billed for the additional product.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. BeeBomber Organic Skin Care does not refund or pay for return shipping for products that were not deemed defective.
